A fateful Meet [Draco/open]

[Kai]

Olive-green eyes gazed out at the crowded street, watching as the busy people went by. It was around noon and many people were off getting lunch or something along that matter. Hurrying along to get there business done before they had to rush back off to work or something along that line. But the eighteen year-old wasn't one of those that had to quickly swallow their food and then rush back to their job. Now, for Kai had a small probably, well, more of a big one. She lacked a job; not that she really minded. There was plenty of ways to get food and shelter without the use of money. Err, well maybe if you were a caro. She often went about in her feline form, finding that it was much easier to get around with four legs then two in a place like this. She let out a bored sigh as she rested her elbow on the tabletop. She had found an empty cafe table and had claimed it as her own. It was the outside on with the lovely umbrella-like things; she didn't dare go inside or she would have to order something. "This is so boring," she mumbled, letting out another sign.

draco exits the cafe in order to enjoy the beutifl day. He stops short when he notices the caro girl sitting there all alone. "mind if i join you?Care for a drink my treat." Draco sits at a seat and waits for her to answer.

[Kai]

Her gaze continued to wonder from person to person as each went by; a bored expression crossing her face. It was hopeless to just sit here, but what could she do? She didn't have anywhere to go, no one to meet; in all, nothing to do. And the girl hated being bored, boredom was an annoyance. She thought of maybe going off to the manor; at least there she could get some free food. But she knew the staff there really didn't like her, and there was no reassurance that she would run into Leiv. Kai rather liked the prince, he was a nice person to talk with and he had also changed her mind about canines. But thinking of the large manor would do no good of her. Maybe I should see what the alley cats are up to.. the idea intrigued her; the alley cats had accepted her as one of their own and would often keep her company. But they're all probably sleeping in the sun.. "Mind if i join you? Care for a drink my treat." She blinks in surprise as the young man sat down across from her. "W-what? Really? That's so nice of you," she said with a smile; no one had ever offered her anything before. "By the way, I'm Kai.. What's your name?"

"my names Draco. Nice to meet you kai." Draco was already starting to like this Kai."What do you want to drink?" Draco was cheking her out while he talked. She was rathe pretty.

[Kai]

She couldn't believe her luck. She never really ran into friendly people, most seeing her as a stray; whether it was in human form or feline form. She had wondered around this area long enough that almost every shopkeeper and restaurant manager knew her and also knew that she never had money and at times would steal a few items. Kai never liked stealing, but sometimes it just had to be done. Yet today she had run into a new face, and a rather friendly one at that. Wait till the alley cats hear this, she thought stifling a giggle. They'd never believe me though.. She smiled when the other introduced himself as Draco; "Its nice to meet you too." Now what should she drink.. Coffee was something he wasn't too fond of; "Can I have some hot chocolate?" she asked with a suppressed purr. It was probably best to hide her cat tendencies for now.

"ill be right back."goes and orders 2 hot cocoa."it'll be here in a few minutes. So you looked really bored nothing to do? I know the felling not much work for a mercenary like me.

[Kai]

He seems really nice, she thought as Draco went to order their drinks. Nice guys were always hard to find; though there always seemed to be plenty of irritable and annoying ones. Though it didn't really help that she often ran into men in her other form, or when she was just snatching some tasty treat. "Yeah.. I was rather bored. I don't really have a job and most of my friends are currently sleeping." Kai refrained from going into detail of her friends, thinking that the he would think she was rather odd to have mostly cat friends. "Oh, so you're a mercenary. Sorry its so slow for you right now.. But is it fun to be one?" She had never met a mercenary before and she was slightly intrigued by the job; not that it would ever suit her.

Draco was starting to really like Kai. She seems nice,Shes cute, and interesting if a little on the hyper side but so was he."It can be fun but you also put your life on the line every mission. But the moneys good and i get to traval*dracos hand accedently brushes Kais. Draco liked the feeling.

[Kai]

She was enjoying the conversation; it wasn't often that she got to chat with humans. And it wasn't hard to tell that Draco was human; thanks to her cat-like senses. Her mind drifted to the hot chocolate after she had asked him about his job. I wonder if it would have whip cream on top, Kai loved whip cream, well, mostly any sweet treat she was fond of. But whip cream was a definite favorite of hers. Maybe it was because she was a caro, but that was just crude humor there. Though that would explain why her favorite food ranged around what a normal house cat would love. "Travelings nice.. But putting your life on the line.." she didn't quiet like that idea. Though living the way she didn't could be called a risk to most. Not that that ever crossed her mind. She jumped slightly when Draco's hand brushed against hers; her cheeks blushing subtly. "S-so.. How long have you been around this area?"

"aw how cute"Draco thinks to him self. He was falling for this hyper active girl. Just then the hot chocoa arrives with whipped cream on top."here you go Kai. Hope you like it with wippedcream." Drinks his while looking at Kai

She pushed the sleeves of her hoodie up, at hope of distracting herself long enough to let the red drain from her cheeks. Luckily it was enough. She stared at the tri-colored flame that was tattooed on the inside of her left wrist. A sign at what she was; not that every human new that. Kai began to lightly trace the outside of the flame; it never took much to capture her attention. Though she looked up when the scent of cream came to her and she watched as the waiter placed their drinks on the table. "Ah, thank you," she said, suppressing a purr. "And I love whip cream." She smiled and took a sip from the hot drink; "So, do you buy drinks from all the random girls you meet?" amusment flickered in her olive-toned eyes as she asked the question.
