Only a little outside of the small village is a makeshift of a barn. A messy like most of the houses, but in better condition in the inside… Taking care of the animals is one thing…but taking care of you along with it in a dirty hundred year old barn is another. Due to the fact that the barn is quite a good distance away from the village but also because it is a good distance away from the corn field also give the barn the nic-name; ‘nowhere’ or better known as ‘in nessun posto’. In Nessun Posto is really a small farm with one person really even there…a rich, higher-up family owns the land that the barn sits on… The barn on the outside is in very poor condition and looks as if it would fall at any second…but in the inside you could easily see that this barn isn’t going anywhere for a long while. The inside walls are lined with red brick that go all the way up to the ceiling. A flat roof top ceiling made out of wood does leak most of the time when it is raining or storming…but other than that it’s pretty nice. Hay covers the ground and if you moved all the hay away there would be regular mud and dirt underneath. Along the back wall where there aren’t as many holes in the ceiling is a huge lump of hay where the teenage boy sleeps and rests. A small candle is next to the hay, but never lit unless the boy is there to hold it so that the barn doesn’t burn to the ground.
