The Valentina Locanda, in it's first few years, was a small father and son hiking and hunting guide service lodge. Provisions were stored in an oversized pantry, radio access to the nearest medical staff was set up, and maps of the surrounding forest area adorned the walls. But fate was upon the family business, their funds were dwindling and the business had fallen after a hiker strayed and was killed by an unidentified animal. A group of marauders found their way to the secluded lodge, and demanded full control of the building. They wasted no time in driving away any adventurous pursuers and destroying the lodge's previously enjoyable reputation. The building is now half-hidden beneath knots of ivy, and is sporadically inhabited by escaped convicts and the lesser fraction of the population.
