Japan. A country much like China or any other. Beautiful unique landscapes. Interesting cultures and languages, a detailed and entertaining history well passed down form generation to generation. However, this once peaceful country turned cold as laws changed. People were murdered and destruction was everywhere. Blood was the main symbol of anger, pain, and death. Here you lay your eyes upon the Deathtopia, Tokyo. Or that's what RAPT claims it to be. RAPT, years ago, proposed to eliminate all criminals and take control of the Japan's capital. However they were stopped along the way thanks to a group of courageous women and a few of their manly companions. Now the whole world is involved in a huge whirlpool toward total doom. A new continent is discovered, hidden underneath Earth's precious skin. A certain power or energy takes over the dead organisms and brings back those who died. Strange new races of humans were introduced into Japan and perhaps further in the world. A new organization stirs up as RAPT, slowly reviving, plans to take this new continent as their own.
