Warning: this thread has my character which is intersexual (other word for hermaphrodite...a he/she, idiot.) *shakes head*. Just kidding! I love you! Have a problem with that possibly, then stay clear from this. This also may contain a bit of language. Chya.[/color]
Li sighed, leaning across the bar counter as he took his five minute break. He was wondering again why he was even working here. Brows furrowed, an expression seen a lot now-a-days as he grew more uncomfortable with life. The black and white waiter uniform made him feel stiff, too boring. Not that he wanted to be flashy; that would bring him attention- attention he no longer wanted.
However, that didn't stop the bartender from poking him gently on the forehead in amusement. "You keep doing that, you'll put wrinkles on you're pretty face. We'll lose half our lady customers."
"Ha, ha," Li replied, swiping the man's hand away with a forced smile. "We always have my twin sister, don't we? Men tend to eat more than woman...even more business," he added, although his tone was sarcastic and just a bit too snarky.
The bartender sighed, figuring the twins didn't get along well. Speaking of Li's "twin", Ril was taking someone's order, scribbling down quickly on a notepad.
Ril wasn't really a girl, nor was "she" really Li's "sister". It was a bit complicated, and one would doubt anyone would be interested.
Either way, Ril was dressed in the black and white waitress outfit, the dress a bit frilly at the end, with equally puffy sleeves. It was eerily similar to a maid's outfit. This caused Li to grimace slightly, nearly embarrassed for his other self- he knew Ril was just as uncomfortable as him. She even tended to show it more, with each nervous smile and hesitant, quiet reply to a person's order.
Ril quickly turned around and headed towards the kitchen to slip in the order, her eyes spotting Li's sudden leer. What was his problem now, anyway?
Ril sighed. Even during break, Li still had to make her feel useless and hated. She took the recent drink orders and hurried back to the table, ignoring Li's brooding gaze.
The bartender raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms. "You two have a fight or something?"
"Maybe," Li said in a half-mutter, half-growl.
